Depending on qualifications and experience, the position offers a negotiable hiring range of $91,382 to $106,000. The salary range is $91,382 to $141,643. The Town has a full and competitive benefits and retirement program. This position may also provide relocation assistance up to $5,000.
This position will remain open until filled; however we will conduct a first review of applications on September 17, 2018. Preliminary interviews will be conducted shortly after with the most ideal candidates. The Town will invite a short list of candidates for further assessment in late October. Post interview finalists will undergo reference checks, background checks and academic verifications. Information regarding candidates deemed as finalists is subject to disclosure under a pubic records request as appropriate.

The minimum requirements for the position:
Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or related field.
Seven or more years of progressive leadership experience in a Clerk's Office or similar environment.
The minimum qualifications must be met as written above.
A graduate degree in business, public administration, or related field.
Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) or Master Municipal Clerk (MMC) certificate.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: This position may also provide relocation assistance up to $5,000.
