The City of West Fargo is seeking a Finance Director to provide management of accounting, debt/treasury management, special assessments, utility billing, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and investments of the City. This individual also provides management, leadership, and coordination over all areas of fiscal operations, forecasting, and analysis for the City.
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field and eight or more years of experience in local government financial management, or equivalent education and experience is required. Three or more years of supervisory experience is also required. CPA or CPFO certification is preferred.
