The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a closely related field; a master’s degree in business or public administration or a closely related field is preferred. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in managerial, financial, and executive level decision making in local government. Residency is required within the Town’s corporate boundaries within a reasonable period following appointment.
