Minimum Training and Experience: Possession of a Juris Doctorate degree, membership in the Florida Bar, and four years of professional paid legal experience, three years of which must have been in government law or areas of law relating to or involving government law issues.
Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of transactional or utilities law with litigation experience.
