The NCRTD, located in the beautiful Santa Fe/Taos region of northern New Mexico, is seeking a Human Resources Director.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Public Administration, or a related field; four years of progressively responsible experience in HR administration and organizational development programs required.
Compensation: The hiring range for the Human Resources Director position is $75,592 to $100,790, DOQ. The District offers a generous benefit package that includes, health, dental, vision, vacation and sick leaves, and retirement benefits through state PERA.

Performs a variety of professional and technical administrative duties related to planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and implementing a district human resources (HR) , occupational health and safety and risk mitigation programs. This is an "At-Will" classification which means the Human Resources Director serves at the will of the Executive Director and may be removed at any time without cause, notice, or right of appeal.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.

About North Central Regional Transit District
The North Central Regional Transit District began service in 2007. It provides free and premium fare-based bus transit connecting communities and pueblos throughout the counties of north central New Mexico including Los Alamos, Rio Arriba, Santa Fe and Taos. Further expanding its reach, the signature RTD Blue Buses provide riders with connections to New Mexico Rail Runner, Santa Fe Trails, NMDOT Park and Ride, Los Alamos Atomic City Transit, Po' Pay Messenger Service and Red River Miner’s Transit. All of its buses are ADA accessible and equipped with bicycle racks. The RTD provides service on 25 Fixed and Flex routes, two Demand Response routes and one Dial-a-Ride service.
