The Program Manager II position will operate within the Global Business Expansion Division and report directly to the Division Manager. This position will develop, maintain and execute a fully operational business engagement, expansion and retention program, oversee industry development initiatives and maintain key relationships with local and international partners in order to keep local business community connected to new markets and growth opportunities. The Program Manger II will develop team work plans and manage multiple projects as well as implement periodic assessments in partnership with other divisions within the Department. The position will design marketing and communications plans and train team members as needed to develop new processes and programs. The Program Manager II will advise Department leaders on key measures and set program goals.

§ -Demonstrated experience with business engagement, expansion and retention program strategies and implementation; § -Experience working with industry and market data to make strategic programming recommendations; § -Demonstrated experience with maintaining a wide variety of productive working relationships with local and international partners to advance local business community opportunities; § -Experienced in marketing and/or promotion for business development.
Graduation with Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to the job, plus four (4) years of experience in a field related to the job, including two (2) years of which were in a supervisory, project, or program management capacity.
