The District Administrator serves in a key leadership role for the Sterling Ranch Metropolitan Districts (MDs) and the Community Authority Board (CAB), performing a variety of complex administrative, professional, technical, supervisory, managerial and leadership duties. The District Administrator is responsible for developing programs and procedures that support the policy direction of the CAB for management of the CAB and MDs vital records and processes. The District Administrator is the repository for the historical government records including records created by various departments over time, including maps, printed materials, photographs, electronic material, and audio/visual material.
