Township of Willingboro, Burlington County, NJ; 32,000 population, $47 Million Budget, 340 employees, 8 square miles, Council-Manager form of government with Mayor, Deputy Mayor and 3 Councilmembers. Willingboro Township seeks an experienced, motivated professional to oversee all daily operations of this full-service, unique and diverse municipality, including budget, human resources, labor management, and special projects. Must have excellent oral, written, analytical, presentation and IT skills. Must be a strategic thinker and process driven, with strong business and financial acumen to achieve established goals. Must be able to effectively manage and meet multiple deadlines, interface effectively with the Council, School District, WMUA, residents, employees, professionals, volunteers, and business owners. BA - BS required; MPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years in NJ municipal government management required. Residency required within one year of start date. EOE
Salary range: $130,000 to $180,000 DOE-DOQ.
