City Manager Marshall, MI
The City of Marshall is located in Calhoun County and serves as the county seat. Marshall is part of the Battle Creek, Michigan Metropolitan Statistical Area, with a population of 7,088. The city has seen steady growth and is best known for its cross-section of 19th and early 20th century architecture.
