Campbell is a general law city operating under a Council/Manager form of government. The Human Resources Manager is an executive level, hands-on working manager supported by a full-time Human Resources Analyst and full-time Human Resources Representative and a FY 2021-22 budget of $1.27 million. The City is seeking a forward-thinking professional who is capable of building and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment to join its executive team. The ideal candidate has a well-developed blend of technical and soft skills, makes sound decisions, and has a deep understanding of the current issues facing public agency
