The Finance Director, along with a team of 13, oversees the City’s financial affairs including a bi-annual budget with a FY 2021-22 General Fund budget of $132 million (total budget over $223 million).
Known for being a strategic partner, the ideal candidate is an experienced, collaborative finance professional with a record of using technology and best practices to improve operations. Team orientation along with an interest in developing employees and on City matters outside of finance are key to fit. Increasingly responsible management experience in municipal finance and a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field are expected.
