Responsibilities include providing overall oversite and coordination of programs, managing assigned staff, developing and implementing program goals and objectives, conducting long-range program planning, developing and implementing policies and procedures related to program activities, and developing and implementing compliance monitoring of programs.  Essential Functions:  The followin
