The salary range for this position is $118,510-$151,703 with the potential for relocation reimbursement and temporary housing assistance. The City offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; generous paid leave; a retirement package, and a flexible work environment. The City pays 100% employee premium for health insurance and 90% of dependent premium.

A bachelor's degree in human resources, public or business administration, political science, communications, or related field is required. Candidates must also have a minimum of eight years of progressively responsible human resources experience, including three years at the supervisory or management level. An equivalent combination of experience, education, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the essential of the position will also be considered. Washington employment experience, an advanced degree in human resources or related field, and/or a professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) highly desirable.
