The Deputy City Clerk will assist the City Clerk in carrying out all functions of the office, including the preparation of agendas and minutes, maintenance of official City records, preparation for and conduct of City Elections, and maintaining the department website. They will also be responsible for maintaining policies and procedures of the records management systems, departmental budget preparation, contract administration, and program evaluation.
