The Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA), a progressive water utility providing water, wastewater, and reclaimed water services to the Towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro and to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, seeks a highly responsible, detailed-oriented individual to operate the Jones Ferry Road Water Treatment Plant.   The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent work ethic and adaptability. Candidates should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to work with the team to fulfill the goals of the organization. Position requires knowledge of the principles and practices applied to the operation and maintenance of a water treatment plant. This is accomplished by monitoring processes and maintaining pr
