This full-time year-round hourly position, under the regular supervision of the Town Clerk / Assistant to the Town Manager, is part of the Town Administration team and is responsible for the administrative duties associated with the Clerk’s office and administrative duties related to the Town Manager, including maintenance of records and official actions of Town Council in support of the Town Clerk / Assistant to the Town Manager. This position assists other staff and the general public with inquiries about Town operations, services, ordinances, events and other information and assists with the operation of local elections and liquor licensing in accordance with State law.
