Washington County, Oregon is searching for an experienced and visionary servant-leader eager to lead a skilled team of professionals in managing the community’s juvenile programs. Under the direction of the Assistant County Administrator, the Director of Juvenile Services plans, directs, and reviews the activities and operations of the Juvenile Department, including assessment, case management, residential and custodial services for youth referred for delinquent acts, research and evaluation programming and conciliation services, including counseling and mediation for parents involved with the Domestic Relations Court, coordinates activities with other County department as well as outside agencies; and provides high-level administrative support to the Assistant County Administrator.
