Focused on the City’s water and wastewater development, repair, and maintenance, as well as customer service billing and its associated activities, the Utility Services Department keeps busy delivering vital services to Grand Prairie residents and businesses. The incoming Utility Director will be integral to Grand Prairie’s water and wastewater services.
