BOROUGH OF CARLISLE Assistant Finance Director  POSITION SUMMARY:  This is a supervisory position overseeing day-to-day functions in the Finance Department under the general supervision of the Finance Director. This position performs a variety of complex accounting duties including oversight, reconciliation, and preparation of the annual audit. The position requires initiative, leadership, and ability to promote and maintain a positive Borough image and foster pride and professionalism in the workplace.
