Hennepin County is hiring a Director of Purchasing and Contract Services. The Purchasing Director develops and implements a strategic approach to the county’s contracting and procurement for goods, construction, and other services. Additionally, this position develops and administers procurement policies and procedures that add value and efficiency. This position aligns procurement processes with industry best practices and assures sufficient internal control and compliance with state and federal rules, regulations and laws.
