The City of Glendale spans approximately 30.6 square miles with a population of about 203,054. Glendale Water & Power (GWP) is a municipal utility that serves over 34,000 water and 90,000 electric customers. Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager – Water Services (AGM) manages the Water Services Division comprised of 60 FTEs, a $60 million operating budget, and a $12 million CIP budget for FY 2023-24.  GWP seeks an experienced water industry professional to be a collaborative partner to the leadership team. Knowledge of water issues, water utility trends, and best practices, as well as superior project management skills plus a history of delivering projects on time and within budget, is critical to success in this role.
