Job Description The Loudoun County Planning and Zoning Customer Service Center is seeking a professional planner. The primary responsibility is researching and responding to customer inquiries on zoning regulations and land development processes from walk-ins, emails, phone calls, and the Loudoun Express Request website and mobile application. Other tasks may include facilitating legislative land development pre- meetings with land developers; assisting with checklist review and the acceptance and review of land development applications; and handling public hearing waiver requests and period of validity extension requests. Loudoun County is a dynamic community that is leading growth in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
