The Position The Town of Leesburg is excited to present this opportunity for a Finance Director to oversee and direct the Finance Department’s 22 employees working in all areas of Finance, including accounting, treasury, payroll, budget, grants management, investment management, debt management, and procurement. The Finance Department has two deputy directors, and the Finance Director reports directly to the Town Manager. The Director is a key member of the Town Manager’s financial management and budget team. This position regularly attends Town Council meetings and prepares respective legislation for approval by Town Council.
