Position DescriptionThe Assistant Director of Real Estate Services provides a new leadership role reporting to the Department of General Services (DGS) Director and is responsible for development and implementation of real estate-related strategies, policies, and procedures for the DGS-managed portfolio. The incumbent should have the appropriate experience to establish DGS as a Metro-wide key strategic real estate advisor and to transition the management of the DGS portfolio toward a more proactive operating environment.
