The City of Columbia, Missouri seeks a visionary leader with strong decision-making skills to join its leadership team as Assistant City Manager. The ideal candidate must be a proven municipal leader with the ability to successfully manage any city department, program, project or activity assigned by the City Manager. The incoming Assistant City Manager will provide executive leadership and strategic guidance to ensure the efficient operation of city government and will work alongside public safety departments (police and fire) and will be key in the discussion to address community violence.This position is open until filled with a preferred application date of June 17, 2024.
