The Program Manager I vacancy exists in the Economic Development Department that will report to the Deputy Redevelopment Director of Economic Development.  The Program Manager I will assist with grant implementation and economic development activities specific to key developments in South Stockton, Downtown Stockton and along the Waterfront. The Program Manager I will need to understand the overarching goals of the Department and develop implementation strategies with measurable outcomes designed for maximum community impact.
