The Position The Portland Water District (PWD) is seeking an experienced organizational leader to take on the role of General Manager. The General Manager will lead the organization with a strategic business approach while focusing on delivering high-quality water and wastewater services at affordable rates. The next General Manager will ensure that services continue to be environmentally sound and comply with government regulations and investments in PWD’s capital and workforce needs are prioritized. The next General Manager will foster a shared belief in PWD's values, goals, and philosophy and focus on building a strong and healthy workplace culture.
