The Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency (LACAHSA) stands at the forefront of addressing the most significant housing crisis in Los Angeles County’s history. Created through voter approval of Measure A and authorized by Senate Bill 679, LACAHSA is a newly established, independent public agency charged with protecting tenants and transforming how affordable housing is financed, delivered, and preserved across Los Angeles County.
