The City of Elk Grove is hiring a Senior IT Analyst to join the City's dynamic and collaborative Information Services Department. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a team environment, has experience in ERP application support, report writing, Office365 SharePoint development, and vendor relations. They will have stellar communication skills and the ability to understand, interpret, and articulate technical issues in a non-technical manner for end users. The ideal candidate will have excellent multi-tasking skills, and be able to flexibly triage and prioritize their workload through a comprehensive help desk system and supervisor input. They will also have excellent report writing skills and a knack for finding creative solutions.
